마가복음 15:17
17. 예수에게 자색 옷을 입히고 가시관을 엮어 씌우고

 

1 가시 면류관 가시 면류관

저 가시 면류관 아직도 쓰셨나

여위신 그 얼굴 숭고한 그 기품

떨리는 가슴에 아픔이 쌓이네

 

2 흘러 내리는 흘러 너래는

그 피의 자국이 아직도 뚜렷해

상하신 그 모습 거룩한 그 얼굴

오늘도 빛나는 거룩한 그 얼굴

 

3 모든 왕의 왕 모든 왕의 왕

저 가시 면류관 영광의 면류관

그 얼굴 광채는 하나님의 영광

장엄한 그 사랑 내 가슴 울리네

 

4 주님 따르리 주님 따르리

저 가시 면류관 나 위해 쓰신 주

존귀한 나의 주 흘리신 핏 자국

오늘도 밟으며 주님만 따르리

 

17. And they clothed him with purple, and platted a crown of thorns, and put it about his head,

 

1 The crown made of thorns, The crown made of thorns,

Lord Jesus had to wear, Jesus wore on His head.

We look up at the cross, Trembling in our own hearts,

Jesus, Lord, on the cross, Suff'ring for our own sins.

 

2 His blood flowing down, His blood flowing down,

We see His holy blood Clearly in our own eyes.

We look up at the cross, Suff'ring Lord Jesus Christ.

Holy face shining still For us all ev'n today.

 

3 The King of all kings, the King of all kings,

Through His crown full of thorns We see the glorious Lord.

Jesus, Lord, shining face Revealing love of God.

Greatest love touches us Deep in our mind and life.

 

4 Let us follow Him, Let us follow Him

He wore the thorny crown To forgive our own sins,

Precious Lord, our Savior King, We follow in Your steps.

Make us go after You, Today and all the way.
