찬송가424 아버지여 나의 맘을 Take my heart, O Father

 

히브리서 10:19
19.  그러므로 형제들아 우리가 예수의 피를 힘입어 성소에 들어갈 담력을 얻었나니

 

1 아버지여 나의 맘을 맡아 주관 하시고

완악하고 교만한 것 변케 하여 주소서

 

2 온유하고 겸손하여 화평하게 하시고

망령되고 악한 일을 물리치게 하소서

 

3 하나님의 은총 속에 나를 보호 하시고

주의 사랑 줄이 되어 나를 매어 주소서

 

4 구세주의 흘린 피로 죄를 씻어 주시고

성령이여 하늘 길로 나를 인도 하소서

19. Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus,

 

1 Take my heart, O Father! take it; Make and keep it all Thine own;

Let Thy Spirit melt and break it This proud heart of sin and stone.

 

2 Father, make me pure and lowly, Fond of peace and free from strife;

Turning from the paths unholy Of this vain and sinful life.

 

3 Ever let Thy grace surround me, Strengthen me with pow'r divine;

Till Thy cords of love have bound me: Make me to be wholly Thine.

 

4 May the blood of Jesus heal me, And my sins be all forgiv'n;

Holy Spirit, take and seal me, Guide me in the path to heaven.
