요한계시록 1:16
16. 그의 오른손에 일곱 별이 있고 그의 입에서 좌우에 날선 검이 나오고 그 얼굴은 해가 힘있게 비치는 것 같더라

 

1 빛나고 높은 보좌와 그 위에 앉으신

주 예수 얼굴 영광이 해같이 빛나네

해 같이 빛나네

 

2 지극히 높은 위엄과 한 없는 자비를

뭇 천사 소리 합하여 늘 찬송 드리네

늘 찬송 드리네

 

3 영 죽을 나를 살리려 그 영광 떠나서

그 부끄러운 십자가 날 위해 지셨네

날 위해 지셨네

 

4 나 이제 생명 있음은 주님의 은혜요

저 사망 권세 이기니 큰 기쁨 넘치네

큰 기쁨 넘치네

 

5 주님의 보좌 있는데 천한 몸 이르러

그 영광 몸소 뵈올 때 내 기쁨 넘치리

16. And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a sharp twoedged sword: and his countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength.

1 Majestic sweetness sits enthroned Upon the Saviour's brow;

His head with radiant glories crowned His lips with grace o'er flow,

His lips with grace o'er flow,

 

2 No mortal can with Him compare, Among the sons of men;

Fairer is He than all the fair that fill the heav'nly train,

hat fill the heav'nly train,

 

3 He saw me plung'd in deep distress, And flew to my relief;

For me He bore the shameful cross, And carried all my grief,

4 To Him I owe my life and breath, And all the joys I have;

He makes me triumph over death, And saves me from the grave,

5 Since from His bounty I receive, Such proofs of love divine,

Had I a thousand hearts to give, Lord, they should all be Thine,
