시편 8:9
9. 여호와 우리 주여 주의 이름이 온 땅에 어찌 그리 아름다운지요

 

1 우리 주님 예수께 기쁜 찬송 드리세

하늘 높은 곳에도 주의 영광 넘치네

 

2 주의 크신 능력이 어둠 권세 묶었네

원수들을 물리쳐 주 뜻대로 되도다

 

3 밤하늘의 별들도 주의 영광 찬양해

무엇으로 그 영광 비교할 수 있으랴

 

4 우리 주님 오시면 사랑 은혜 넘치고

영광스런 면류관 내게 씌워 주시네

9. O LORD our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth!

 

1 Lord, our Lord, Thy glorious name

All Thy wondrous works proclaim;

In the heavens with radiant signs

Evermore Thy glory shines.

 

2 Infant lips Thou dost ordain

Wrath and vengeance to restrain;

Weakest means fulfill Thy will,

Mighty enemies to still.

 

3 Moon and stars in shining height

Nightly tell their Maker's might;

Human strength cannot compare 

With the glory present there.

 

4 What are we that we should be

Loved and visited by Thee,

Raised to anexalted height,

Crowned with honor in Thy sight?
