찬송가271 나와 같은 죄인 위해 For a wretched sinner like me

디모데전서 1:15
15. 미쁘다 모든 사람이 받을 만한 이 말이여 그리스도 예수께서 죄인을 구원하시려고 세상에 임하셨다 하였도다 죄인 중에 내가 괴수니라

 

1 나와 같은 죄인 위해 십자가를 지시고

골고다의 언덕길을 피 흘리며 가신 주

그 주님을 배반하고 그의 사랑 버리고

자비하신 주의 맘에 가시 못을 박았네

 

2 가슴 치며 통회하고 주님 앞에 나오니

십자가의 흘린 피로 용서하여 주소서

땅을 치고 애통하며 밤을 새워 외치는

이 죄인의 울부짖음 물리치지 마소서

 

3 사랑으로 용서하신 주님 은혜 고마워

마음 속에 다짐하며 겸손하게 빕니다

죄의 상처 볼 때 마다 내 가슴을 찢으며

두 번 다시 우리 주님 배반하지 않으리

15. This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief.

1 For a wretched sinner like me Jesus had to bear the cross;

To the thorny Calvary hill Holy blood was on the path.

Turning away from His salvation I refused His love and grace;

To His holy body and mind I drove in a thorny nail.

 

2 Filled with tears and guilt for my sins I dare come before our Lord;

Pardon my sins by Your great love Wash away my awful sins.

Crying through the day and all night long I call on my Savior God;

Bend your ear to hear me oh Lord Do not let me go away.

 

3 With thanks to my dearest Jesus I will never leave You now;

In my deep mind I assure you That I never betray you.

When I look at my own scars of sin Grieving deep in my own mind;

From here my dear savior Jesus I will never forsake you.
